Announcements & Reminders:
Chair Test - The first chair test of the year is due in Make Music this coming Tuesday, 9/8, at the end of the long weekend. If you're going to be travelling this weekend, plan ahead and take care of it before you leave!
Masteries - The first set of Masteries is due in two weeks, on the 13th. Be practicing your mastery materials and turning those in when you have the chance. (No one is forcing you to wait till the last minute, you can get ahead and turn them in now!)
Fundraising - We'll be starting our first fundraiser at the end of the week. If you owe any money (assessments, accompanist fees from years past, etc), this is a great chance to raise money and help pay it off! (We'll also have more fundraisers throughout the year.)
Trip - I'm hoping to have spring trip information for y'all soon, pending administrator approval.
Freshmen - Continue to bring chromebooks to class so we can be ready to work on the Sight Reading Assessment when it's available to us. (Sorry, I wish I had more details, other than 'soon'.)
Lettermans - Those who received a letter jacket packet, the fitting is next Wednesday. Bring your packet to the fitting. The school pays for the jacket, you pay for the bells and whistles.
